Shipping policy

All products ordered by 1500hrs weekdays (Monday - Thursday) will be dispatched within 3-4 business days. All orders placed on a Friday before 1500hrs will be shipped for Monday delivery and all orders over the weekend will be shipped at the earliest opportunity. Shipping is free on orders over $50.00 and on worldwide orders shipping is calculated at checkout. All orders will be shipped as soon as practicably possible from point of order.

During Black Friday and other sale periods, we aim to dispatch orders within 5-10 business days after the order is placed

You must be available to take delivery of items or make appropriate arrangements for items to be delivered to a secure location. All items are tracked and cards are left if there is no one to receive the delivery. Delivery can be arranged directly with the courier company via the details left on the non-delivery card. If after 3 attempts at delivery no delivery can be made and the products are returned to Zoono re-delivery costs will be at the cost of the purchaser.
